APRIL
APRIL 20TH
Well after less than a month since I started working on this website,
Jim Stanek Online has finally
opened it's doors!
There are still a few thing missing: there is still no messge board
however I am working on that and we should have one soon. And the
"Link to Us" page is not finished yet, since there are no site banners
made yet. Other than that the site is finished and all pages are up and
running!
With the opening of Lestat only a few days away
(5!!!) there will probably be many more
pictures and articles added, so check here and we'll keep you updated on
the Lestat happenings!
As always if YOU have anything you
would like to add to this site: pictures, articles, news, info, etc.

and I'll add it ASAP.

APRIL 25TH
It took a bit longer than expected (sorry) but the message board is now up! If
there are any strange color problems, please be patient as I'm still working out

Also tonight finally marks the official press opening of Lestat! We'd like
to wish Jim and the entire cast and crew to break a leg tonight! All of your hard
work has been so appreciated and we spread our best wishes your way!
APRIL 26TH

As everyone knows, last night was the press opening of Lestat! As of now there
are three new pics of Jim attending the after-party with wife, Beth in the
Candids section.
There will no doubt be many more picture and review updates over the next coming days,

According to Jim, they are not going to be making anymore blogs! He made a
suggestion that if you want to see them, email Broadway.com about them.
The cast wants to do more and if you want to see more, then voice your opnion
to Broadway.com! You can email them HERE!
On a more positive note, Jim told me that the cast will be heading into the studio
to record the OBCR of Lestat on Monday, May 22nd! I know I'm not the only one who
would LOVE to see Broadway.com tag along to watch the recording. So keep those
letters to Broadway.com coming!

MAY 23RD
The webmistress and staff of JSO would just like to send their love to the entire cast
and crew of Lestat. What you guys did onstage each and every performance was just
beyond words! It was the pinnacle of what theater should be and it's unforunate that
others didn't always feel the same way about it. We wish you all the best luck in the
future and we were happy to have been able to experience such a remarkable cast and show
as often as we could. Thank you for doing what you do so well! Just know that you all do
have a core of fans who appreciate it more than words can describe. <3

JSO would just like to congratulate Jim and his wife Beth on the
birth of their new baby boy today! We couldn't be more happier for you both!
MAY 30TH
JSO would just like to congratulate the entire cast and crew of Lestat for a wonderful
run in what many considered a wonderful show! Whatever the "critics" may have said, just know
that there were many who loved it and loved you all! There will never be a cast like you again
but those of us who were touched by your performances and kindness will never forget it.
Lestat will live on in our hearts as well as yours! And we couldn't be more happier for
that fact! So once again thank you for the memories, you truly were appreciated.

The show takes place at 6 PM at Don't Tell Mama (343 West 46th St.
in New York City, between 8th & 9th Avenues). The cost is $10 at

JUNE 14TH

The Broadway Chatterbox that Jim and Allison Fischer recently attended has now been
added to the Audio Section! The interview has been
broken up into 8 parts to make it easier to load.
Finally, more good news, JSO has also passed 2000
visits this week!!
JUNE 16TH
Jim will be involved in two readings of the new musical Love Incorporated,
by Marc Castle, on Monday, June 19 at 5 p.m and
Tuesday, June 20 at 3 p.m at The Snapple Theatre
Center (210 West 50th Street, 3rd floor).

available.

There is also a new gallery that has been added to the
Fan Art section; a
Digital Art gallery.
This gallery will include things like drawings, photo manipulations, etc. done
entirely or almost exclusively on the computer. The first batch are some photo

Cast Album News
A statement about the cast recording has been released on
Elton John's Official Website: "We have received
many messages asking when the Lestat cast album will be released. According to
Elton's management there are no plans to release the album at present."
We will keep you posted as to any more infomation regarding the cast recording as
it becomes avaliable.

As some of you may have seen, Jim is in a new Olive Garden commercial (he filmed it a year ago). The
commercial is playing nationwide so be sure to catch it if you can on anyone of the national networks!
Jim has also left a sweet and hearfelt letter on the message board for all of his fans with details
of what he might be up to soon and thanking his fans for their constant support during Lestat and beyond.

Jim will be participating in a one night only performance with the
tour of I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change on Saturday, September 24th
at 8pm at the Indiana Area Junior High School Auditorium (245 North 5th Street, Indiana PA).

OCTOBER
OCTOBER 30TH
Well it took a while but the newly designed Jim Stanek Online is finally open! There are a bunch of new additions
and pages that I've added that I'm very excited about!
A new "Shows" page that has detailed information including a song list, synopsis and cast information. It can be
found in the "Jim Stanek" section.
A new "Recordings" page that has purchase information and song information for each cast recording Jim has performed
on. It also includes sample clips of songs he sings on the album. It can be found in the "Jim Stanek" section.
The audio sections now have a new Flash player that allows song clips and other audio files to be streamed.
A new gallery design for both the full gallery and fan pictures section has been created. And I've added new photos to
the ...Forum, Throughly Modern Millie and Jacques Brel galleries.
Some brand new videos have been added to the video gallery. They are also in a new, easily streamable format thanks to
MySpace.
So have a look around and let me know what you all think of the new layout and everything else! Enjoy!
NOVEMBER
NOVEMBER 3RD

Also it has officially been announced that Constantine Maroulis
will replace Jim in Jacques Brel on January 7th. So the tentative
date for Jim's final performance is January 6th.
(Be aware that this date is subject to change but JSO will keep you
updated on any changes that may occur.)
NOVEMBER 6TH
According to an official statement on Playbill.com
Constantine Maroulis has his first performance in Jacques Brel
on January 9th, which means that Jim's final performance will be
Monday, January 8th. So make sure to go out
and support Jim before his run ends!
Also the Guestbook layout has finally been fixed!
NOVEMBER 7TH
Correction to what was previously reported: Jim's last show will be
Sunday, January 7th!
The schedule will be changed beginning that week and there will be no more Monday
night performances. So the theater will be dark on Monday, January 8th. Sorry for
the confusion.
NOVEMBER 9TH
Didn't want to release this information until it was officially announced.
Jim will be playing the role of Paul in the Kennedy Center production of
Carnival!

Rehearsals begin in NYC on January 16th. Performances begin at the Eisenhower
Theater, February 17th through March 11th 2007. Tickets are priced from

DECEMBER
DECEMBER 11TH
I was in New York yesterday and today so I didn't have access to a computer but
Jim will not be performing tonight (Dec. 11) or tomorrow
night (Dec. 12).
Jim is feeling a bit under the weather and while he may decide to show up to
Tuesday's show, it's more than likely that he won't since he doesn't want to make
himself sicker. Jim wants to make sure that he's feeling at his best to get through
his crazy holiday schedule. We all know how Jim hates to miss a show, but as long as
he gets well then that's what's most important. So be sure to send him your good
vibes!
DECEMBER 17TH
Unfortunately Jim is still not feeling well and he will
not be performing today/tonight (Sunday, Dec. 17)!
DECEMBER 19TH
Jim is apparently seriously sick and will be missing all of this week.
He is hoping to return, fully recovered on Saturday, Dec.
23rd. Unfotunately if that is not the case, Jim should be back after the
holiday break on Tuesday, Dec. 26th.
But in the mean time, catch Rodney who's apparently filling in for Jim during his
leave of absence!
DECEMBER 25TH
First off, the webmistress would like to wish all the visitors, Jim Stanek and
his family a healthy and happy holidays!
The webmistress of JSO has been involved in a new website for Jim's friend and
co-star, Ann Mandrella!
She has been in contact with myself and my co-webmistress, Diana, in developing
her first and only fansite: AMandrella.com!!
The fansite is not ready yet, but there is a message board and we'd like to
extend an invitation and welcome to anyone who would like to join the board.
